With our Primo Planning Package we handle everything. “Everything!” Yes everything! Simply give us your budget, priorities and wish list and we’ll design the most exquisite wedding you can imagine. Of course, it all begins with an in depth consultation to go over your style and establish your vision for the day. Our Primo Planning service offers everything that our Full Planning package offers and more. In addition to handling every little detail, we supervise all vendor meetings, site visits, tastings, dress fittings as much as you need us, we are there for you.

Full wedding planning and coordination is a premium, peace of mind service that assists a couple with wedding details from start to finish. Work with Magical Moments Event Planning experienced wedding staff to walk you through the steps of full wedding planning and coordination, to ensure peace of mind that your wedding is done right and within your budget. This service is especially designed for a busy couple who want the assistance from a planner by their side.


The Full Wedding Planning and Coordination service includes unlimited consultations in the planning phases and full coordination of the wedding day. With Magical Moments Event Planning by your side, your wedding will reflect your unique style and tastes, with meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.


Out-of-town couples are encouraged to book this service to assist with the wedding plans, to ensure you have a local professional taking care of all your details.


Partial Wedding Planning with Day of Coordination is designed for the couple who need help with specific areas along the way. For those who have already secured the ceremony and reception site but require some assistance on a few other vendors. Not everyone requires the full help of a wedding planner from start to finish, but would benefit from some help along the way.


The Partial Wedding Planning and Day-Of Coordination services includes up to three consultation appointments  where you decide what you need help with, whatever the areas may be. Whether it is finding the best DJs, recommendations on florists or how to navigate picking a photographer, let our planners guide you through the process of your specific needs.


This package is the coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Most brides stress over the details and worry that they will forget something important.  A Bride has enough on her mind the day of the Wedding; a "Day Of" Coordinator helps make the Perfect Day, perfect! The primary duty of the Coordinator is to be a liaison between the bride, groom and the many vendors providing services for the wedding.  Our expertise and helpfulness as a Coordinator will surely enhance your experience. We will meet at least three times in order to accurately communicate your vision to the Magical Moments Squad so that we can fully direct and coordinate your wedding day. 


Full concept and design personalized by us in consideration of your dreams will be completed by our design team. We take the stress out of your most important day! You can relax and enjoy with confidence that even the smallest of details will be taken care of for you. We have a lot of ideas that we will share with you and we will also take your Pinterest ideas and dreams to make them into a magical day specifically made for you.
